Hello, I’m Cynthia – I'm a passionate and experienced Art Psychotherapist with a lifelong love for the creative arts and over 36 years of experience in the field.

I hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy, alongside qualifications in mental health, counselling, and communication. These foundations help me take a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy – blending science, creativity, and compassion to support each person on their unique journey.

As a full member of the Australia and New Zealand Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA), I’m committed to upholding the highest professional standards in everything I do. But more importantly, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, seen, and empowered to grow.

I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings, including disability support, mental health services, aged care, and with neurodivergent clients. I tailor each session to your needs, using creative, art-based techniques to gently explore emotions, unlock self-expression, and support healing in a way that feels natural and meaningful to you.

Right now, I’m also pursuing a PhD – combining decades of hands-on experience with the latest psychological research. I’m always learning and evolving, so I can offer you the most effective, up-to-date care.
